Financial Plan Constructor (Retirement / Goals + Monte Carlo)
Build a defensible household financial plan — most often a retirement plan, but extensible to college funding, special-needs, business-sale event, or multi-goal household — anchored on a Monte Carlo simulation of portfolio outcomes against the household's lifetime cash-flow needs. Output is a structured plan deliverable with: goal stack and quantified shortfall / surplus, Social Security claiming-strategy comparison, retirement-paycheck mechanics (withdrawal rate, sequence, location, RMD-aware order), tax-aware withdrawal sequencing, healthcare and long-term-care overlay, Monte Carlo success-probability table with sensitivity, and a written plan summary tailored to the audience (client letter / advisor working file / committee read-ahead). Distinct from Client Portfolio Update (which is reporting against a plan) and Tax-Aware Rebalancer (which is execution against an allocation) — this skill produces the plan itself.
