Turn a short-horizon demand forecast, weather outlook, and local-event signal set into a concrete last-mile pre-positioning plan: which depots or micro-fulfillment nodes need more inventory, more drivers, or more vehicles by which day, how many of each, and what the dollar downside is if the move is not made.
