When to Use

Especially valuable for out-of-area buyers and relocation clients who need to evaluate neighborhoods they've never visited.

Required Input

Provide the following:

1. Neighborhood or area — Specific neighborhood, zip code, or subdivision name
2. Buyer profile — Who the report is for (young family, retiree, investor, remote worker, etc.)
3. Priority factors (optional) — What matters most to this buyer (schools, commute to specific workplace, walkability, nightlife, quiet streets, etc.)
4. Local knowledge — Any agent insights, recent developments, or "insider" information about the area
5. Comparison areas (optional) — Other neighborhoods the buyer is considering, to enable side-by-side commentary

Process:
