Purpose
Create comprehensive, buyer-friendly neighborhood profiles that go beyond basic property details to cover schools, lifestyle, commute, safety, amenities, and market trends — helping buyers make informed location decisions and positioning you as the local expert.
When to Use
Use this skill when preparing materials for buyer consultations, responding to relocation inquiries, creating content for area-specific marketing, or anytime a client asks "What's the neighborhood like?" Especially valuable for out-of-area buyers and relocation clients who need to evaluate neighborhoods they've never visited.
Required Input
Provide the following:
- Neighborhood or area — Specific neighborhood, zip code, or subdivision name
- Buyer profile — Who the report is for (young family, retiree, investor, remote worker, etc.)
- Priority factors (optional) — What matters most to this buyer (schools, commute to specific workplace, walkability, nightlife, quiet streets, etc.)
- Local knowledge — Any agent insights, recent developments, or "insider" information about the area
- Comparison areas (optional) — Other neighborhoods the buyer is considering, to enable side-by-side commentary

- Provide honest pros and cons — credibility comes from balanced assessments
- If comparison areas are provided, include a brief "How It Compares" section
Report structure:

- Housing Market Snapshot — Median prices, price trends, inventory levels, property types available
