When to Use

Required Input

Provide the following:

Before you start:

  • Reference knowledge-base/regulations/ for fair-housing, RE commission advertising/testimonial rules, NAR Code of Ethics Article 15 (false/misleading statements about other REALTORS®), and state-specific testimonial rules (some states bar certain claims without substantiation)
  • Reference knowledge-base/best-practices/ for platform-specific conventions (character limits, author-tagging rules, dispute procedures)
  • Never confirm a client relationship in a public response unless the reviewer already disclosed it AND the agent is authorized to confirm

    • 4★ mixed-positive — accept-and-thank with acknowledgment: Lead with appreciation for the part that worked, acknowledge the specific part that didn't land ("I can see where communication on the inspection week fell short"), state what the agent learned or changed, close with an open door ("always open to talking more — you have my cell"). 110–150 words.

    • 3★ lukewarm — accept-and-clarify: Tricky band. If the review is fair, write it like a 4-star response. If the review misstates facts, write a calm clarification — one sentence, factual, no defensive framing — and offer to continue the conversation offline.
