Purpose
Turn rough notes into a polished, roofing-industry-appropriate email — with the right structure, tone, and call-to-action for the recipient type (homeowner, adjuster, supplier, crew lead, referral partner).
When to Use
- Sending an estimate to a homeowner with next steps
- Following up with an insurance adjuster on a claim status or supplement
- Confirming a material order or changing a delivery date with a supplier
- Communicating a schedule change to a crew lead or customer
- Responding to a referral partner (realtor, property manager, insurance agent)
- Replying to a common customer question (warranty, payment, timeline)
Required Input
Provide the following:
- Recipient type — Homeowner, insurance adjuster, supplier, crew lead, referral partner, or other (describe)
- Email purpose — One line: e.g., "send estimate", "supplement status update", "reschedule install to Thursday", "confirm material order"
- Key points to include — Bullet notes, data, or context (job address, claim number, estimate total, crew name, deadline, etc.)
- Desired tone — Default is the company voice from config; override if this email needs to be warmer (apology), firmer (payment reminder), or more technical (adjuster correspondence)
