How the connection works
REST API using each user's API key (Admin > API) with Basic Auth, or OAuth; lead providers should post new leads via the /events endpoint so automations fire.
There isn’t an official Follow Up Boss connector for Claude that we could verify, so we build a small, scoped MCP server on the Follow Up Boss API and add it to your Claude workspace. Your team then uses Follow Up Boss data inside Claude like any other tool.

Does Follow Up Boss have an official Claude connector?+
We didn’t find an official Follow Up Boss connector for Claude from Follow Up Boss (Zillow) or Anthropic. We connect the two through the Follow Up Boss API (open api), usually as a small MCP server your Claude workspace can use.
What Follow Up Boss data can Claude work with?+
Through the API, Claude can work with people (leads/contacts), events, notes, tasks, deals, calls and more. We scope access to read-only wherever possible, and keep a person approving anything that changes records or reaches a customer.
Do we need a developer on staff?+
No. In a Claude Deployment Sprint we set up the connection, build the skills and train your team. You’ll need an admin login for Follow Up Boss and, if required, to approve API access with Follow Up Boss (Zillow).
Will our Follow Up Boss data be used to train AI models?+
We set teams up on Claude business plans. Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train models by default.
