Do we need to already be using Claude?+
No. Most clients start with a few people using ChatGPT or Claude casually. We set up the right Claude plan for your team, then build the skills and connections on top of it.
Why fixed prices?+
You should know the cost before we start. The scoping call sets the workflows, integrations and training in writing, and the price doesn’t move unless you add scope.
What does "connect Claude to our software" actually mean?+
Claude reads from and writes to your systems through their APIs, or through official connectors where they exist. For example: pulling open estimates from your field service software to draft follow-ups, or reading a job’s notes to write the customer summary. See our integration pages for specifics by tool.
Is our data safe?+
We set up Claude business plans, which Anthropic does not use to train its models by default, configure permissions by role, and keep a person in the loop for anything that sends, files or charges.
What if our industry isn’t listed?+
The process is the same for any team that runs on documents, quotes, emails and software. We have published skills for 20 industries, and build new ones on every engagement.
What does the Claude subscription cost on top of this?+
Claude business seats are billed by Anthropic directly, separate from our fee. We’ll recommend the plan and seat count that fits during scoping.
