Field service management

Claude + Jobber

Your clients, properties, requests already live in Jobber. Connected to Claude, your team can ask questions of that data, draft from it and act on it, without copying anything between tabs. Here’s what that looks like for small and mid-size businesses, and how we set it up.

Open APICustom connection via API

What Claude does with your Jobber data

Real workflows we build on top of the connection. Each one becomes a skill your team runs in one step.

1

Quote follow-ups

Find quotes in 'awaiting response' for more than 7 days and draft follow-up messages that reference the property and line items quoted.

2

Request intake triage

Summarize new client requests, suggest whether an assessment visit is needed, and draft a reply proposing times.

3

Weekly visit recap

Summarize completed visits per crew for the week, with notes left on visits and any jobs that need a return trip.

4

Unpaid invoice nudges

List invoices past due and draft friendly reminders, escalating tone based on days overdue.

5

Recurring client check-ins

For recurring-job clients, draft a seasonal upsell note based on the services and property details on file.

How the connection works

GraphQL API (OAuth 2.0 authorization code) at api.getjobber.com/api/graphql with date-based versioning. Custom private integrations need no review unless connected to more than 5 paying Jobber accounts; App Marketplace apps must pass Jobber's App Review.

There isn’t an official Jobber connector for Claude that we could verify, so we build a small, scoped MCP server on the Jobber API and add it to your Claude workspace. Your team then uses Jobber data inside Claude like any other tool.

Custom integrations connecting to more than 5 paying Jobber accounts must go through Jobber's App Review.

Questions

Does Jobber have an official Claude connector?+

We didn’t find an official Jobber connector for Claude from Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.) or Anthropic. We connect the two through the Jobber API (open api), usually as a small MCP server your Claude workspace can use.

What Jobber data can Claude work with?+

Through the API, Claude can work with clients, properties, requests, assessments, quotes, jobs and more. We scope access to read-only wherever possible, and keep a person approving anything that changes records or reaches a customer.

Do we need a developer on staff?+

No. In a Claude Deployment Sprint we set up the connection, build the skills and train your team. You’ll need an admin login for Jobber and, if required, to approve API access with Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.).

Will our Jobber data be used to train AI models?+

We set teams up on Claude business plans. Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train models by default.

Jobber is a trademark of Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.). Krasa.ai is an independent implementation firm and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jobber (Octopusapp Inc.) or Anthropic.
