How the connection works
McLeod's published REST web service APIs provide two-way access to LoadMaster and PowerBroker data with the same business rules as the applications, via the McLeod API module; the full service list is provided by McLeod representatives.
There isn’t an official McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker connector for Claude that we could verify, so we build a small, scoped MCP server on the McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker API and add it to your Claude workspace. Your team then uses McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker data inside Claude like any other tool.
Requires the McLeod API module and McLeod's service documentation; deployment may be on-premise, which can require a secure bridge for Claude to reach it. The exact McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker data available depends on the access McLeod Software grants; we confirm it during scoping.

We didn’t find an official McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker connector for Claude from McLeod Software or Anthropic. We connect the two through the McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker API (limited api), usually as a small MCP server your Claude workspace can use.
What McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker data can Claude work with?+
Through the API, Claude can work with orders/loads, customers, carriers, drivers, movements/stops. We scope access to read-only wherever possible, and keep a person approving anything that changes records or reaches a customer.
Do we need a developer on staff?+
No. In a Claude Deployment Sprint we set up the connection, build the skills and train your team. You’ll need an admin login for McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker and, if required, to approve API access with McLeod Software.
Will our McLeod LoadMaster / PowerBroker data be used to train AI models?+
We set teams up on Claude business plans. Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train models by default.
